CRH Americas Materials, the North American division of CRH, announced the pending acquisition of BoDean Company Inc., a Santa Rosa sand and gravel operation, along with partner company Northgate Ready Mix.

CRH acquired BoDean Company and Northgate Ready Mix in Santa Rosa, California, adding two aggregate quarries, two ready-mix concrete plants, one asphalt plant, and one recycle plant to its operations. This marks CRH's first entry into California through its Materials Solutions business.

CRH Americas Materials Solutions has acquired BoDean Company Inc. and Northgate Ready Mix LLC of Santa Rosa, California, including two quarries, one asphalt plant, one recycling plant, and two concrete plants, entering the California market.
