Latour Capital takes majority control of Omni-Pac Group from Motion Equity Partners
Latour Capital acquired a majority stake in Omni-Pac Group, an ecological moulded fibre packaging maker with over 600 employees at sites in the UK, France and Germany, from Motion Equity Partners, with management reinvesting.
