Omni-Pac opened a new 60,000 sq ft packaging site in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, after more than GBP 3 million of investment. The company plans to create 100 more jobs and double turnover over three to five years.
Latour Capital acquired a majority stake in Omni-Pac Group, an ecological moulded fibre packaging maker with over 600 employees at sites in the UK, France and Germany, from Motion Equity Partners, with management reinvesting.
