Micronipol

Veolia has acquired Micronipol, a Portuguese provider of recycled plastic, to strengthen its plastic recycling activities. Micronipol will become part of Veolia's PlastiLoop network.

Veolia Portugal completed the acquisition of 100% of Micronipol, a polymer recycling company that produces about 20,000 tonnes of recycled plastic annually. The acquisition aligns with Veolia's GreenUp strategic program.

Veolia Portugal reached an agreement with Explorer Investments to acquire 100% of Micronipol, a polymer micronization and recycling company. The deal is subject to competition authority approval.
