ServiceNow acquired Mission Secure to integrate its OT asset visibility technology into the Now Platform, enhancing capabilities for industrial markets including manufacturing, energy, and oil and gas. The acquisition was announced in November 2024.

ServiceNow has signed an agreement to acquire 4Industry, a Netherlands-based manufacturing technology application provider, and completed the acquisition of Smart Daily Management, a connected digital worker application from EY. The deals augment ServiceNow's operational technology management capabilities for industrial markets.
