Changdian Technology Management

JCET's subsidiary JCET Management plans to acquire 80% of Sandisk Semiconductor (Shanghai) from Sandisk China for about $624 million. The deal will create a joint venture with Western Digital, strengthening their partnership in advanced flash memory packaging and testing.
