Zuiko

Unitika Ltd will transfer its spunlace nonwoven fabric business to Zuiko, as announced on September 12, 2025.

Unitika has sold its Japanese polyester spunbond business to Seiren and its spunlace business to Cotex (established by Zuiko). The transactions are part of Unitika's exit from fiber and textiles.

Zuiko Corporation announced that its subsidiary has signed a basic agreement to acquire a spunlace nonwoven fabric business. The announcement was made on June 25, 2025.

Zuiko has entered into an agreement to acquire Delta S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of sanitary products machinery.
