MULTIVAC invests in BayWa Venture to form AgriFoodTech venture alliance
MULTIVAC, BayWa, and Bindewald and Gutting Mühlengruppe are jointly investing around EUR 20 million in AgriFoodTech start-ups through the newly renamed AgriFoodTech Venture GmbH. MULTIVAC and Bindewald and Gutting each take an equal stake via a capital increase of nearly EUR 10 million, while BayWa remains majority shareholder with 51%.
