Shinyoung Co., Ltd.

Shinyoung signed a contract to supply mold and jig body parts to Ceer, Saudi Arabia's first electric vehicle brand. The deal includes an initial order worth 143.7 billion won for three models and a second order of 497.1 billion won for five models. Shinyoung will build a factory in King Abdulla Economic City, with mass production starting in October 2026.

Car Tech, a U.S. stamped auto-body parts manufacturer and subsidiary of Shinyoung Co., Ltd., entered into a definitive business combination agreement with AltEnergy Acquisition Corp to list on NASDAQ. The transaction aims to expand Car Tech's U.S. manufacturing capacity for EV battery-related body parts.
