Shandong NewJF Technology Packaging Co., Ltd

Shandong NewJF Technology Packaging, through its subsidiary Jingfeng Holding, has made a voluntary offer to acquire all shares of Hong Kong-listed Greatview Aseptic Packaging at HK$2.65 per share, totaling HK$2.729 billion.

Shandong NewJF Technology Packaging Co., Ltd (NEWJF) acquired a 28.22% stake in Greatview Aseptic Packaging, completing the acquisition in October 2023. The deal aims to break foreign monopoly and foster domestic substitution in aseptic packaging.
