Chinese carton maker Greatview Aseptic Packaging signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Alternapak Production srl, an idled aseptic carton plant in San Pietro in Gu, Italy. Production is expected to restart toward the end of 2022, making it Greatview's fifth plant globally.
