Iredell County Economic Development Corp.

Carolina Beverage Company will invest $9 million in an expansion project in Iredell County, North Carolina, supported by an economic incentive of up to $145,811 over five years. The project is contingent on a contract being executed within 180 days.

Niagara Bottling plans a 180,000-square-foot expansion adjacent to its Mooresville facility, backed by a $12.2 million investment and an incentive of up to $241,166 over five years. The expansion would create eight new positions.

Pactiv LLC will invest $15 million to expand its existing Mooresville facility in Iredell County, with a county incentive of up to $270,158 over five years. Completion is anticipated by December 31, 2021.
