Carolina Beverage Company will invest $9 million in an expansion project in Iredell County, North Carolina, supported by an economic incentive of up to $145,811 over five years. The project is contingent on a contract being executed within 180 days.
Cold Spring Brewing Company, owned by Brynwood Partners, acquired 100% of Carolina Beverage Group, LLC from SunTx Capital Partners and other shareholders. The combined company will be headquartered in the Charlotte, NC area; terms were not disclosed.
