Addtech AB acquires Kemic Vandrens A/S
Swedish industrial group Addtech AB has acquired Danish water technology company Kemic Vandrens A/S in early January 2024. Kemic Vandrens designs waterworks and develops solutions for purifying difficult water, including PFAS/PFOS. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

Addtech Automation acquires BV Teknik A/S
Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of BV Teknik A/S, a Danish designer and builder of customized production solutions for the automation industry with a focus on medical technology. The acquisition closed on November 13, 2023.
