Evtec Aluminium, the planned acquisition target of Blackboxstocks, was awarded a long-term supply contract from JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) to supply lightweight aluminum parts for a new line of Jaguar electric vehicles to be introduced in 2025. The contract is expected to provide over $67 million in new sales.

Blackboxstocks Inc. executed a definitive agreement to acquire Evtec Aluminium Limited, a supplier of proprietary parts for EV, hybrid, and performance automotive markets. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2024. Evtec has projected revenue of US$52 million for fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
