GAC Component Co., Ltd. and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. set up a semiconductor joint venture, Guangzhou Qinglan Semiconductor Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 300 million yuan. Guangzhou Qinglan starts IGBT production line in Guangzhou
Guangzhou Qinglan Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a joint venture between GAC Component and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor, has inaugurated its IGBT production line in Guangzhou. The project has a planned total investment of 463 million yuan, with Phase One achieving full-scale production at 400,000 automotive IGBT modules annually.
