Varkom awarded a €38.9 million contract (excluding VAT) to GH Holding for the upgrade and reconstruction of the Varaždin wastewater treatment plant. The project is part of the Aglomeracija Varaždin initiative, with a completion deadline of October 2026.

GH, a subsidiary of Soprema, inaugurated a new 21,000 m² plant in Clisson, France, for €28 million. The facility will double the company's steel structure production capacity from 5,000 to 10,000 tonnes per year.
