Bacher Work Wear

Ahlsell has received regulatory approval to acquire Bacher Work Wear, a Danish workwear supplier with revenue of DKK 178 million. The acquisition supports Ahlsell's strategy to become a one-stop shop in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Ahlsell, a Nordic distributor of installation products, has agreed to acquire family-owned Bacher Work Wear, a supplier of workwear and uniforms in Denmark. The acquisition is subject to approval from the Danish Competition Authority.
