Byldis

German private equity firm Mutares acquired Byldis, a modular construction company based near Eindhoven, Netherlands, from bankruptcy. Byldis has around 400 employees and operates in the UK and Europe.

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has completed the acquisition of assets of Holland Industrial Construction Systems Coöperatief U.A. and its subsidiaries, known as Byldis, a Dutch provider of off-site modular prefab construction for mid- and high-rise buildings. Byldis will become a new platform investment in Mutares' Engineering & Technology segment.
