FUMATECH, a member of BWT Group, and Chemours officially launched THE Mobility F.C. Membranes Company GmbH, a 50-50 joint venture in Germany. The JV will supply fuel cell and humidifier membranes globally for hydrogen-powered heavy-duty transportation, using Chemours' Nafion ion exchange materials.

BWT Haier Drinking Water Technology Co., Ltd. officially opened its new smart plant in Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone on June 9, 2023. The joint venture between Haier Group and BWT Group invested 60 million Euro in the project, which will produce household water purification products and create over 650 jobs.
