Wintech S.p.A.

Shanghai Electric announced that its subsidiary Wintech will acquire 100% equity of Anghua Automation via private agreement transfer for approximately RMB204 million. The 58.02% stake from controlling shareholder Electric Holdings is valued at about RMB119 million.

WinTech of Missouri has acquired Pocahontas Aluminum Company, a window and door manufacturer based in Pocahontas, Arkansas. The company will continue to operate under its existing brand.

Quadrivium, a Vedelago-based company specializing in WMS and MES software for Industry 4.0, has signed an agreement to sell a majority stake to Sistemi S.p.A. The deal was executed via Sisfin and partners Wintech S.p.A., Sistemi Vicenza S.r.l., and Vecomp S.p.A. SB.
