IMCD UK, a subsidiary of IMCD N.V., has acquired 90% of the shares in O&3 Limited, a supplier of specialty natural ingredients to the beauty and personal care markets. O&3 generated approximately EUR 37 million in revenue in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023.
