Elektramat

Parcom has acquired Elektramat, an online electrotechnical wholesaler and specialist in distribution boards and electrotechnical products based in Enschede, Netherlands. The acquisition was advised by Stek for the lenders.

Investment company Parcom has become a shareholder in Elektramat, an online electrotechnical wholesaler based in Enschede, Netherlands. The partnership aims to support Elektramat's international expansion, including a new 36,000 sqm facility being built in Almelo.
