PCBL

PCBL, part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, approved the acquisition of 100% of Aquapharm Chemicals for ₹3,800 crore, marking its entry into water treatment and oil and gas chemicals. The deal is expected to close within 2-3 months.

PCBL commissioned the first phase of its specialty chemicals capacity expansion at its Mundra plant in Gujarat, India, adding 20,000 MTPA capacity. The full expansion will reach 40,000 MTPA.
