Cubility

Sandnes-based Cubility is acquiring Mivanor, a company specializing in water and sludge treatment technology. The acquisition aims to expand Cubility's expertise and reach in industrial water treatment, targeting industries with challenging contaminated water.

Triton, through a vehicle controlled by Triton Fund IV, signed an agreement to acquire Techouse AS with the intention of bringing it under a group holding structure together with Cubility AS. Terms were not disclosed.
