Burkhalter Group acquired HVACP company Caotec SA in Val Poschiavo. Caotec employs 17 people and generates annual sales of about CHF 4.9 million.

Burkhalter Gruppe completed the acquisition of Riggenbach AG, a ventilation and climate technology company with locations in Olten, Brugg, and Solothurn, Switzerland. The deal was signed on June 29, 2023, and closed on July 6, 2023. Riggenbach has about 160 employees and annual revenue of around CHF 40 million.
