Reynaers Aluminium NV completed the acquisition of Forster Profile Systems Ltd. from Arbonia AG on January 22, 2018, integrating it as a separate business unit with its own management team and maintaining production in Switzerland.

Belgian group Reynaers has acquired Forster Profilsysteme, a steel facade, window and door systems company, from Swiss Arbonia AG. The deal includes subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, UK and Italian firm Bloxer Ronchi.

Paragon Partners GmbH completed the acquisition of Condecta AG from Arbonia AG on December 12, 2017. Condecta generates annual revenue of CHF 63 million.
