Anvil International and Smith-Cooper International closed their previously announced merger, with the combined company majority owned by Tailwind Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.
Mueller Water Products sold its Anvil International piping components division to private equity firm One Equity Partners for $315 million in cash, effective immediately. Anvil had 2016 net sales of about $338 million.
