Piovan Group acquires 100% of Doteco SpA, Italian plastic film dosing technology maker
PiovanGroup has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Doteco SpA, a Modena-based maker of dosing technologies for plastic films. Doteco reported 2019 consolidated turnover of EUR 19.7 million.
