Crane Company agreed to acquire the U.S. pump business of Trillium Flow Technologies, which serves municipal water and wastewater markets, for about $240 million. Closing is expected in Q4 2026.
Trillium Pumps merged its Salt Lake City, Utah facility into its Fresno, California plant, making Fresno its North American headquarters for pump manufacturing. The company expects to add more than 50 jobs, with the move to be completed by late 2021.
