Thompson Construction Group

Santee Cooper is spending an estimated $300 million on new wastewater treatment systems at its Cross Generating Station and Winyah Generating Station in South Carolina. Construction began in early 2024, with completion expected in Q3 2025 and full operation by December 31, 2025.

Hillcore Group completed the acquisition of Thompson Construction Group, a heavy civil contractor based in Spruce Grove, Alberta, with over 1,500 employees.
