Instigate Semiconductor

Microchip Technology Inc. acquired 100% of the shares of Instigate Semiconductor CJSC, an Armenian company specializing in EDA projects for FPGA design. The acquisition follows a two-year cooperation that began with the founding of Instigate Semiconductor in 2020.
