Union Tool will construct a third factory building at its Mitsuke plant site in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, to strengthen production of carbide end mills. The 2-story reinforced concrete building will have 6,599 square meters of floor space, with construction from June 2023 to May 2024 at a cost of 2.6 billion yen.
