Hitachi High-Tech Corporation

Hitachi High-Tech completed a new production facility for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (etch systems) in the Kasado area of Kudamatsu, Japan. The facility started operation on March 17, 2025, with a total investment of approximately 24.5 billion yen.

Hitachi High-Tech announced it will construct a new production facility for etching systems in Kasado Area, Kudamatsu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, doubling production capacity. Production is scheduled to begin in FY2025, and the facility will be carbon-neutral.
