Aether Industries announced the first commercialisation of sustainable convergeo polyols technology, developed with H B Fuller and Saudi Aramco Technologies Company. The polyols can contain up to 40% CO2 by weight.

Aether Industries Ltd entered the electrolyte additives and battery space through a contract with a global lithium-ion battery producer. The company will supply advanced intermediates and specialty chemicals.

Aether Industries has executed a long-term supply and sales agreement with Otsuka Chemical Co. of Japan for the supply of specific specialty intermediates. The 10-year agreement is expected to generate revenue of Rs. 510 million per year, with a combined quantity of 300 MT per year to be supplied within 3 years.
