Pallidus to build $443M SiC wafer plant in Rock Hill, South Carolina
Pallidus announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters and manufacturing operations to York County, South Carolina, with a $443 million investment creating 405 new jobs. The 300,000-square-foot facility in Rock Hill will produce silicon carbide wafers and is expected to be online by Q3 2023.
