Zhejiang Chuanghao Semiconductor Co., Ltd. held the commencement ceremony for a 450,000 pcs/year high-order package substrate project in Yiwu, China, with a total investment of RMB 10 billion (approx. $1.4 billion). It is the largest investment in Yiwu's high-end chip and intelligent terminal industry.
