TÜV Rheinland to acquire ABB's UK technical engineering consultancy
TÜV Rheinland signed an agreement to acquire ABB's UK technical engineering consultancy, part of ABB's Energy Industries division. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, integrating around 160 people from two sites in England.
