FTAI Aviation Ltd. completed its acquisition of Lockheed Martin's Commercial Engine Solutions business at the Montréal airport for US$170 million. The acquisition enhances FTAI's Maintenance, Repair, and Exchange business and creates engine and module manufacturing capabilities in Canada.

FTAI Aviation Ltd. announced an agreement to purchase Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions from Lockheed Martin Canada for $170 million. The acquisition, expected to close in the second half of 2024, includes a 526,000-square-foot aircraft engine maintenance facility in Montreal, Quebec.

FTAI Aviation Ltd. and Unical Aviation Inc. completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of iAero Thrust, the only CFM56 engine maintenance and testing facility in the Americas, based in Miami. The facility will be rebranded QuickTurn Engine Center.
