Alliander signs framework agreement with TKF for 50 kV cable supply
Alliander, parent company of Qirion, signed a multi-year framework agreement with Twentsche Kabelfabriek (TKF) for the supply and installation of 50 kV cable systems for Liander's grid expansion projects. The first cables were successfully tested on September 20, 2023.

TKF starts construction of offshore wind cable factory in Eemshaven
Twentsche Kabelfabriek (TKF) started construction of a new cable factory at Beatrixhaven in Eemshaven, Netherlands, to produce subsea cables for offshore wind farms. Production is expected to start by end of 2023.
