Multiscan Technologies

WECO and Multiscan Technologies, both Duravant operating companies, have entered into a strategic partnership. WECO will sell, lease and support Multiscan's optical sorters and inspection equipment for nut, fruit and vegetable packers in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider, has acquired Multiscan Technologies, a manufacturer of machine vision solutions for the food processing industry headquartered in Alicante, Spain. The acquisition expands Duravant's sorting, grading and inspection equipment offering.
