Epiroc has completed the acquisition of CR, an Australia-based provider of ground engaging tools and digital solutions for the mining industry. CR had revenues of about MAUD 240 in 2022.

Epiroc has completed the acquisition of Remote Control Technologies (RCT), an Australian provider of automation and remote-control solutions for mining customers. RCT has about 225 employees and revenues of approximately MAUD 85.
