CR (formerly CQMS Razer) acquired Keech UGET's underground business, contracts and products, including WearPact, ArmourBlade and SNRG lines, to diversify into underground mining.

CR and American Industrial Partners entered into an agreement to acquire Keech Castings' underground ground engagement tools business, including customer contracts, mining products and associated IP.

CR announced an agreement in September 2019 to acquire the mining products and associated IP from Californian-based Berkeley Forge & Tool.
