Monolithic Power Systems

ECARX Holdings and Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to collaborate on automotive intelligence, robotics, and AI applications. The partnership aims to establish a global supply chain and accelerate product deployment across automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics sectors.

US-based Monolithic Power Systems has acquired Axign, a Dutch fabless semiconductor startup specializing in audio amplifier ICs. The Enschede office will become MPS's Center of Excellence for audio applications.

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) has entered into a foundry agreement with Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) to produce power semiconductors. MPS will use VIS's 8-inch wafer fabrication facilities in Singapore and Taiwan.
