Observe Medical ASA, through its subsidiary Observe Medical AS, has signed an asset transfer agreement with Unomedical A/S and Unomedical s.r.o. to acquire trademarks and intellectual property rights for the Unometer and Abdo-Pressure urine measurement products for a total purchase price of USD 4,195,000.
