ConvaTec Group Plc signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Southlake Medical Supplies, Inc., a Texas-based independent provider of catheter-related supplies. Southlake delivered revenues of approximately $5.0 million in 2018.

ConvaTec is expanding its Unomedical infusion set business to increase production capacity for Medtronic's insulin pump consumables, as part of a long-standing partnership.
