JLG Industries acquired Italian manufacturer Hinowa in 2023 and Spanish manufacturer AUSA in 2024 to broaden its offerings in construction, material handling, and other markets.

JLG Industries completed its acquisition of Hinowa, an Italian manufacturer known for innovative track designs, extending JLG's product portfolio.

Oshkosh Corporation, through its JLG segment, completed the acquisition of Italian aerial work platform manufacturer Hinowa S.p.A. The deal was announced in November 2022 and closed on February 3, 2023.

Oshkosh Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hinowa S.p.A., a manufacturer of track-based aerial work platforms and mini-dumpers, expanding its product line and European footprint.

Oshkosh, through its JLG division, is acquiring Italian spider lift manufacturer Hinowa from the Fracca family. The acquisition is expected to complete within 90 days. Financial terms were not disclosed.
