Silvercorp Metals

Silvercorp Metals announced its intention to acquire Adventus Mining Corporation by way of an arrangement valued at C$200 million. The transaction is expected to close in summer 2024 and will give Silvercorp a 75% stake in the El Domo-Curipamba project in Ecuador, with Salazar Resources retaining 25%.

Shengda Resources and Silvercorp Metals signed a three-year strategic framework cooperation agreement to jointly explore, acquire, and develop precious metals and new energy metals globally, including in China, South America, and North America.
