North American Construction Group

North American Construction Group Ltd. has acquired all assets related to the Contract Mining business of Aecon Group for $199.1 million. The deal includes heavy earthmoving assets and maintenance facilities, mainly in the oil sands in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

North American Construction Group reached an all-cash agreement to purchase the heavy equipment and related assets of Aecon Group's mining business for CA$199 million (US$154 million). The deal includes earth-moving equipment, light construction assets, support equipment and maintenance facilities.

North American Construction Group Ltd. (NACG) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 49% ownership interest in Nuna Logistics Limited, a civil construction and contract mining company based in Edmonton, Alberta, for $42.5 million in cash.
