Bramming Plast-Industri A/S

Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Danish manufacturer Bramming Plast-Industri A/S (BPI), a producer of engineered foam solutions, for annual sales of approximately DKK 340 million. The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2022.
